Hot water bottles are wonderful for more than just warmth.
They can help reduce stress, ease aches, relax tight muscles, and even support better sleep.
Wheat bags work beautifully too — warm from the oven or cold from the freezer.
And honestly… when travelling, hot water is usually easier to find than an oven 😅
If you happen to have poor circulation and tend to feel cold, warmth definitely helps.
But the fastest ways to improve circulation?
Many women don’t realize how much circulation, hormones, inflammation, stress, and nutrient deficiencies are connected.
Same body. Different conversations happening at once.
A lot of midlife women suddenly begin noticing colder hands and feet, stiff joints, circulation changes, low energy, bone density shifts, and muscle tightness.
And yes… hormones absolutely play a role.
Vitamin D, B12, magnesium, potassium, and iron matter more than most women are told.
It’s all connected.
How many women actually know what their body is deficient in?
And how many are simply pushing through symptoms because they think it’s “just aging”?
Midlife really doesn’t come to play nice, does it?
To go back to better circulation, stronger joints, and more flexibility:
Movement matters.
Exercise is CRUCIAL.
Ask yourself: How do you want to age?
Stiff and rigid? Or supported, flexible, and strong?
Hormonal shifts can make women feel like they “can’t be bothered.”
She knows what’s good for her. And yet she’s not doing it.
What a mean circle…
This is exactly why I offer hormone yoga.
Not punishment movement. Not pressure. Not perfection.
But support for what the midlife body actually needs right now:
Take what resonates. Leave the rest.
If you’re in midlife and things feel… different — you’re not imagining it.
