What is Hormone Yoga?
Hormone Yoga is a therapeutic practice that combines specific yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques designed to stimulate and balance the endocrine glands. Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a deep relaxation and meditation technique that guides practitioners into a state of conscious relaxation. Unlike traditional meditation, where focus is required, Yoga Nidra involves lying down comfortably and following a guided meditation that includes stages like body scanning, breath awareness, and visualization. This practice helps reduce stress, improve sleep quality, enhance mental clarity, and promote emotional healing.
