A Hormone Yoga session always ends with a short Yoga Nidra sequence. However, Yoga Nidra can be practiced on its own for 45 - 60 minutes and is enormously beneficial to allow your body to go into deep self healing mode.
I highly recommend it for women with mobility issues till they regain their flexibility to be able to practice Hormone Yoga.
